We will try to accommodate any changes you need to make to your journey. Please be advised that any change may incur additional charges, particularly if the distance is greater than the fare previously quoted

All services must be prepaid in full in advance. We don’t accept payment after service at this time

All our airport pickup fares are calculated per vehicle. Clients are required to provide accurate information about the number of passengers and luggages.

Child and baby seats are available on request. 

The private transfer service takes you directly to your accommodation except you have other prescheduled arrangements with us

No, the charges are our service fees for rendering the support. Clients are required to pay for the product/service. Example: a client that needs a phone line will be required to pay for the cost of the SIM card in addition to the service charge.

You can make changes to your booking by sending an email stating your booking number and changes required to info@quicksettlecanada.com not less than 72 hours before the agreed pickup date.  We require a minimum of 1 week notice for changes to the number of luggages as the number of luggages declared will determine the pickup vehicle. Excess/un-declared luggages discovered at the point of pick up will not be accommodated

We recommend sharing your photo right before boarding the plane for easy identification. Also, please connect to the airport wifi immediately when you land in Canada and call/notify your assigned QSC agent of your arrival. In the event that you don’t have access to wifi, reach out to the airport security to assist with phone calls.

Yes, please submit your new flight schedule as soon as possible via telephone or email 

In the situation where you are facing a delay, please contact your assigned QSC Agent to work out an alternative solution. We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control, we will be monitoring the flight schedule to ensure your pick-up time is altered in the event of a delay.

When there is no flight delay, If an agent is at the Airport for 1 hour and there is no sign of the client and no communication, it will be considered as a No Show. The service charge will not be refunded.

Airport pickup cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 72 hours notice before the agreed pickup date. If there is less than 72 hours notice, the fee is nonrefundable. A cancellation can be done by sending an email to: info@quicksettlecanada.com

We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to landing. Requests less than the minimum notice may attract additional charges.

No, you will not be sharing the vehicle with other passengers.
