In the situation where you are facing a delay, please contact your assigned QSC Agent to work out an alternative solution. We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control, we will be monitoring the flight schedule to ensure your pick-up time is altered in the event of a delay.
When there is no flight delay, If an agent is at the Airport for 1 hour and there is no sign of the client and no communication, it will be considered as a No Show. The service charge will not be refunded.
